While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the value of your order, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
We work hard to ensure product quality, but we rely on our suppliers for product information and quality. If you receive defective products, we'll replace them or provide a refund according to our return policy.
Our platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, mapping services, etc.). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third-party services.
The LAMMA app, website, logos, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use our services but not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content.
When you submit reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.
Protected Content
You can close your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting customer support. Upon closure, we'll delete your personal data according to our privacy policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our service or other users. We'll provide notice when possible.
Upon termination, your access to the service ends, but these terms continue to apply to past use. Outstanding orders and payments will be processed according to our policies.

First, contact our customer support team through the app, email, or phone. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If the issue isn't resolved, it will be escalated to our management team for review and resolution within 5 business days.
For unresolved disputes, we agree to binding arbitration under Moroccan law, with proceedings conducted in Casablanca.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or email.
