Service Availability

LAMMA provides quick commerce services in designated areas during specified hours:

  • Service hours: 7 AM to 11 PM, 7 days a week
  • Delivery areas: As specified in the app
  • Service may be temporarily unavailable due to weather, technical issues, or other circumstances
  • We'll notify you of any service disruptions when possible

Orders & Delivery

When you place an order through LAMMA:

  • Orders are confirmed upon payment authorization
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability
  • You must be available to receive your delivery
  • Age verification required for restricted products

Pricing & Payment

Our pricing and payment terms:

  • Prices may vary from in-store prices
  • All prices include applicable taxes
  • Payment is processed upon order confirmation
  • We accept cash, cards, mobile money, and LAMMA Wallet
  • Promotional offers subject to terms and conditions

Account Responsibilities

As a LAMMA user, you agree to:

You can close your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting customer support. Upon closure, we'll delete your personal data according to our privacy policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our service or other users. We'll provide notice when possible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the service ends, but these terms continue to apply to past use. Outstanding orders and payments will be processed according to our policies.

For unresolved disputes, we agree to binding arbitration under Moroccan law, with proceedings conducted in Casablanca.
